4.19 -> just in time for summer so you search on YouTube for some inspiration and some videos wait
9.51 -> this kind of looks like me but we all know that healthy habits aren't created overnight
13.82 -> and consistency is key to a balanced and healthy lifestyle so I wonder which of these habits
19.02 -> did she (aka me) keep up with and benefited her the most today we're going to go through some
23.84 -> of the healthy habits that I've kept up with every day some of which I don't do anymore

64.199 -> and waking up at the same time every day it's definitely a privilege to get enough sleep
