0.16 -> hi today we do a longer acupressure exercise  for those days when you need more time to
6.96 -> bring your blood pressure under control  we'll start from acupressure exercises
13.12 -> on our hand first acupressure  point is located on the webbing
19.92 -> between the index finger and our thumb point right  there and we'll start massaging it for 30 seconds
59.52 -> the second point is also located on our palm the  bone of the small finger until we identify a small
67.12 -> cavity here right at the end of the bone and  that's the point which i need to be massaged
73.92 -> you can apply enough pressure to make  it just a little bit uncomfortable but
78.96 -> not painful massage it for 30 seconds
105.52 -> the next point is also located on our palm and  we're actually under the palm and the way to
112.32 -> locate it is to bend your palm a little  bit backwards you see the roundness here
120.48 -> and at the bottom of the roundness around  the somewhere between the two crease line
126.72 -> you see a bit of a cavity so let's  massage it together for 30 seconds
145.76 -> too
162.8 -> an elbow point to locate  it we need to make a muscle
168.32 -> and we'll see a crease line which starts there  which follow crease line up to the bone which
175.12 -> sticks out we have find a point which is  approximately halfway between the end of the
180.4 -> crease line and uh the bone so get it right there  cavity put our finger there and do small rotations
191.28 -> pushing hard enough to feel a little bit  uncomfortable but it should not be painful
217.52 -> another elbow point this time  is located on the outside
221.12 -> part of the elbow to locate it again and make  a muscle and we'll see a crease line here and
228.72 -> the point is located right at the end of  the crease line you feel the cavity put
235.2 -> the finger in there to start slow rotational  movements let's do it together for 30 seconds
267.36 -> the next two points are located on  our feet move the finger like this
273.92 -> we'll identify the place where the uh  kvc kind of ends and so that is the
283.36 -> point which we need to apply pressure  to let's do it together for 30 seconds
317.84 -> the next acupressure point on our feet is  located at the bottom of our feet located
325.28 -> right in the cavity below the wall  of our feet and as usual we apply
334.16 -> pressure movements to this point for 30 seconds
367.12 -> the next acupressure point is located on our
370.64 -> chest located in the middle of  our chest we apply four fingers to
407.6 -> the next point is located on our ears  so the way to locate it is to apply
414.88 -> thumbs to the grooves of our ears and to  apply index fingers just across their thumbs
425.52 -> and we start doing gentle  pressure movements for 30 seconds
457.2 -> the next point is located at the back of our necks
462.08 -> we put thumbs for the places the cavities  where a neck meets the skull make sure that
471.68 -> our thumbs are positioned firmly and we  start as usual rotation movements for 30
478.72 -> seconds
