0.229 -> Hello, Today I will be showing you the wrist
blood pressure monitor, brought to you by
5.33 -> Easy @ Home. This monitor features your blood
pressure measurement, your pulse rate measurement,
13.749 -> and the result storage, which stores up to
60 previous measurement. But measurements
19.25 -> may be inaccurate if taken in the following
circumstances: within 1 hour after dinner
25.3 -> or drinking, immediate measurement after tea,
coffee, or smoking, within 20 minutes after
31.46 -> taking a bath, when talking or moving your
fingers, or in a very cold environment. It
39.78 -> is best to take the measurement 3-5 minutes
after resting. When first using the unit or
46.219 -> changing the batteries try taking 2 or 3 readings
to get an average measurement. First remove
57.17 -> all accessories from your left wrist, if you
know you have poor circulation in your left
61.769 -> wrist, I would advise using your right one.
Then your going to apply the cuff to your
67.82 -> wrist, with your palm facing up and position
the edge of the cuff about 1 to 1.5 cm below
76.73 -> the base of your wrist. You can use your finger
as a guideline. Make sure you leave no room
82.5 -> between the cuff and your skin. It is very
important to position the blood pressure wrist
87.63 -> monitor at the level of your heart to get
the most accurate reading. Heres a tip: try
92.98 -> bending your elbow so the display can be parallel
to your heart. The unit can be closer to your
97.9 -> chest but does not have to be pressing on
the chest. Proceed by pressing the start/stop
104.7 -> button to turn on the monitor and it will
begin getting your reading. As you can see
113.29 -> here the blood pressure monitor will begin
inflating and measuring, the heart that is
118.27 -> being displayed represents your heart beat.
If you see this hand symbol, it means there
126.85 -> is a movement error and you should stabilize
your arm for a more accurate reading. If you
133.29 -> see this particular heart symbol it means
you have an irregular heartbeat. You will
139.23 -> then see the results displayed on the LCD
screen. On the left side of the monitor there
144.34 -> is an arrow which represents your blood pressure
classification and it is broken down into
149.519 -> 5 categories. On the bottom left, there is
a date and time which can be adjusted from
154.659 -> the settings. After you receive your result,
you can press the start/stop button to turn
160.129 -> off the monitor otherwise it will shut off
within 1 minute. Also if you would like to
167.079 -> look at your previous measurements when the
monitor is off, press the mem button to view
171.37 -> your latest records. If you press the mem
button again, it will display the other latest
177.079 -> measurements. You can also press the set button
to navigate through your measurements. Remember
