14.04 ->  I'm making Granola Bars, Chocolate Granola Bars.

You don't have to chop them too fine or keep them too chunky.

 butter paper on a 12*9 inches baking tray.

So here, I'm using a potato masher.

that I put a butter paper or cling film on top like this,
305.724 ->  & then using a rolling pin & applying pressure through that,
 I try to roll it out.

 the  granola layer evenly & hence set properly.
318.829 ->  Like this using a rolling pin from centre & edges, 
make an even layer of granola.

 a perfectly even layer & it has set perfectly.
330.124 ->  Now, you have to refrigerate it to set.
335.64 ->  So, we have kept our granola bars to set in the refrigerator.
338.965 ->  Now at this stage, your granola bars are ready.
342.047 ->  If you want, you can consume them as is.
345.558 ->  Just let it set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours,

& fill them in an airtight container & consume them.

 they can easily last even upto a month.

they will not turn bad at all, you can easily use them.

One more step to finishing the recipe.

& place a heat proof bowl on top of it.
377.362 ->  This setup is called a double boiler.
379.157 ->  Now add 250 grams of dark chocolate to it.
382.65 ->  & add 1 tbsp coconut oil to it.
385.322 ->  After adding the coconut oil, using a spatula continue to stir,
 until your chocolate starts melting.
392.844 ->  The reason to heat the chocolate in a double boiler is that if you heat it on direct heat then the chocolate can easily burn.

 This is how it should melt.
404.84 ->  Now, take the granola tray out of the refrigerator,
408.445 ->  Pour the melted chocolate on the granola.
412.56 ->  & using a spatula spread it out evenly.

418.444 ->  In the end, I'll just make a design like this, so that 
when you cut granola into bars, it looks good as a design.
425.444 ->  Now, after adding the chocolate, place this tray in 
the refrigerator for about 1-1.5 hours to set.

 have set too & your granola layer will have set nicely too.

440.511 ->  After de-moulding remove the butter paper like this.

 you can cut the granola bars.

 & this quantity will make 20 bars of this good size.
