This is the second video on the six most frequently used acupuncture points to help people recover after a stroke.
Today I am going to help you locate and activate three acupuncture points to open the senses of vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch;
—relieve the spinal cord
—reduce overall inflammation

67.16 -> Large Intestine 4 is said to sharpen and activate the senses of vision, smell, sound,

75.28 -> Large Intestine 4 is like a pharmacy in your hand and has been used to relieve pain and stiffness in the hands, address insufficient or excess sweating, and relieve inflammation

93.92 -> Move your right thumb so that it is touching your hand.
97.5 -> Notice the skin fold between the thumb and your hand.
100.72 -> Press in at the tip of that fold and find a point that is tender or sensitive; that is Large Intestine 4.
107.46 -> Activate Large intestine 4 by rubbing this point five times rapidly, take a break for a count of five, then repeat four more times.

167.46 -> Governing Vessel 14 is known as The Great Vertebra and is located just below the bump at the base if your neck.

184.5 -> To locate Governing Vessel 14, put your index finger in the back of your neck, then move it down to the base of your neck where you will feel a little bump. That is the cervical vertebra number 6. Go past it, and you come to a bigger
