How to Put on an Adcuff Blood Pressure Cuff

18.45 -> In order to get the most accurate readings from 
your blood pressure unit, it's important to

this video, we'll show you how to properly

cuff over clothing. If you have loose sleeves,

up to the shoulder, or constrict the arm,

Although you can use an ad cuff on either arm,

left arm for every measurement. Stretch

arm so that the muscles are relaxed. The

markings to help you apply the cuff properly.  
66 -> To begin, align the artery mark with the patient's 
brachial artery, about one inch or two to three

contains range and index markings to help

index line should fall between the range markings

minimum, select a smaller cuff size. If the index

cuff size. When you have the correct cuff size,  
97.68 -> fasten the cuff using the hook-and-loop adhesive. 
The cuff should be just tight enough that you can

ready to begin taking your blood pressure
