This is a great exercise to work on weight shifting, balance, and core control. Repeat this exercise 20-30 times.

11.8 -> to work on weight shifting, balance
14.7 -> and core control.
16.4 -> To perform this exercise,
17.6 -> you're going to be sitting upright in a chair.
20.5 -> To make this exercise more difficult,
22.6 -> you can perform it on a more unstable surface
24.9 -> such as a ball, a couch,
27.2 -> or putting a piece of foam underneath this chair.
31.9 -> To do this, you're going to shift your weight
34.8 -> to one side and then the other.
38.1 -> As you do this exercise, you wanna make sure
40.7 -> that the side you're shifting your weight to
43.8 -> becomes long through here
46.4 -> and short on the other side.
48.3 -> So what we don't wanna see is this.
52 -> We wanna see shifting your weight onto the side
55.3 -> and having a long trunk
57.1 -> and a short trunk over here.
59 -> Repeat this exercise 20 to 30 times.
