with EKG measurement in one easy to use device.

11.33 -> To ensure reliable readings, sit upright on
a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
16.24 -> Avoid bathing, drinking alcohol or caffeine,
smoking, exercising, or eating 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
23.02 -> Step 1.) Turn the device upside down and remove the
battery cover.
28.26 -> Insert four “AA” batteries as indicated
in the battery compartment and replace the cover.
33.67 -> Plug the arm cuff into the monitor.
37.5 -> Step 2.) Download the free Omron Connect US/CAN app
from the App or Google Play store.

the app following instructions for pairing.

left upper arm and secure with the fabric fastener.
